The online ordering tool provides pricing and availability, schematic diagrams to visually demonstrate relevant parts and systems, and aid the selection of substitute parts. Installers can also log on to the system using their mobile devices on site.
The online facility will enable installers to simplify the ordering of spare parts. This online service will provide Daikin UK customers with their own efficiency gains and make it easy to order parts at any time of day giving customers more flexibility.
Installers ordering from the Spare Parts Bank at www.daikin.co.uk/spares will be offered free delivery and the opportunity to purchase other ancillary parts relevant to the selected spare part.
