The new features include a more sophisticated ‘Find an Engineer’ search function and the launch of a new blog, which will feature a range of technically led content including ‘how to’ guides, and ‘top tips’.
Signposting has also been improved to the ‘Homeowner’ and ‘Professional’ sections of the site, and categorisation has been updated to invite visitors to select their chosen product range such as renewables or hybrid technologies.
Meanwhile, product icons and other key brand elements have been incorporated to help direct users more easily to the webpages they need.
Grant UK Head of Marketing and Data Protection Anna Wakefield said: “Our current website was first launched two years ago and the feedback we receive from customers is very positive. However, we are always looking for ways to enhance our website to ensure that visitors can find the information they need and do so with ease.
“In particular, we are incredibly excited to launch our new blog which will hopefully be an additional resource alongside existing useful tools, such as our flue configurator and product selector, designed to assist both professionals and their customers to find the Grant heating solution best for them.”
