CPL Renewables says its 2012 wood pellet seminar, aimed at improving awareness and answering key questions about this fuel source, has achieved all expectations.
Over 40 installers, consultants and other renewables professionals attended the seminar at St Helens Rugby League Stadium on July 05 to hear guest speakers from Hoval, CO2 Sense, Dalkia and Bruce Boucher Consulting.
In addition to the seminar, delegates were also able to tour the operational wood pellet boiler room at the venue.
David Fields, CPL Renewables’ business development manager for wood pellets, said: “This was the first of many seminars that CPL Renewables will be hosting around the UK. The seminar achieved our expectations in raising awareness of converting to renewable heat by the use of wood pellets with excellent representation across a host of experienced companies and individuals within the industry.
“More valuable for CPL Renewable is the positive feedback from the attendees who reported on an excellent day and are now more informed and confident in pushing ahead with a switchover to wood pellet heating.”
