Sharon has been with AgilityEco since December 2021 and is currently the chief operating officer. She has previously held senior positions at the Data Communications Company and Centrica plc.
Both Gearóid Lane and Jon Kimber, currently joint-CEO, will be stepping down from their day-to-day duties but will continue to support Sharon and the leadership team in an advisory capacity.
Gearóid Lane and Jon Kimber founded AgilityEco nearly a decade ago and the company has grown at a rate of almost 50% per annum since its inception. The group now directly employs 100 people across two offices in London and Buckinghamshire and is continuing to grow.
Exceptional leadership and sharp focus
In the year ending March 2021, AgilityEco supported almost 45,000 households in need and achieved £169 million worth of lifetime energy bill savings across the UK, through retrofit energy efficiency measures and its support programme.
