Rebel Energy provides energy from 100% renewable sources and has a mission to help remove fuel poverty through a three-point strategy:
- A pricing strategy that does not target the poor.
- Improving credit scores.
- Finding extra grants and benefits for customers.
The Muuvo platform uses the latest technology and has access to a range of datasets to greatly speed up and simplify the process of identifying existing suppliers and registering new tenants. This enables lettings agents to access all the information required when setting up a tenancy and registering tenants for council tax, water, gas and electricity.
In less than a minute, an agent can enter a property’s details and immediately have access to information on council tax, water, gas and electricity providers, including meter details, as well as the property UPRN. This can be undertaken at the point of listing a property or on an agent’s existing database of properties. Once found, tenants are invited to use the service and register their interest and are also given opportunities to review suppliers and add products and services such as broadband and TV.
Particularly challenging time economically
Agents not only benefit from the improved productivity this creates but also by sharing in any revenues generated by a tenant switching or taking new products and services, not only at the outset of a tenancy but on any subsequent renewal.
Jamie Parks said:” Agency users are benefitting significantly from streamlining important but time-consuming administration tasks, delivering improved service to tenants and home-buyers and securing additional passive revenues.
Our partnership with Rebel Energy is an example of how we provide access to best-in-class providers of services and products.”
Dan Bates, CEO at Rebel Energy said: “We are delighted to be partnering with Muuvo and bringing our innovative, fixed price, green energy products to their users and, at a particularly challenging time economically, help tenants and homeowners better control their costs.”
