Worcester, Bosch Group claimed the award for ‘Best Technical Support’ at the OFTEC Awards for Excellence 2012 which was held at Manchester Central Convention Centre on Thursday 18th October 2012.
The manufacturer picked up the coveted accolade for the second year in a row, as a result of its commitment to providing unrivalled support to installers and consumers across the country.
Colin Simpson, who collected the award on behalf of the team, said: “This accolade is the latest testament to the work that goes on behind the scenes to ensure our customers can rely on our support with any queries relating to the complete range of Worcester products, past and present.
