Viessmann ramps up customer service with new warehouse

Heating system manufacturers Viessmann says it has drastically improved customer response times by opening a new warehouse in the Midlands which can now process orders up to 4pm for next day delivery.
Based at Fradley Park, Lichfield, the new premises will hold the company’s domestic boiler range with other parts transferring to the facility within 18 months.
Managing director Graham Russell said: “Installers rely on Viessmann’s German engineering and manufacturing quality and we must make sure our supply chain operates to the same high standard.
“All our customers stand to benefit from the new warehouse as not only are we quickening delivery and slashing response times, but the Warehouse’s management system and radio frequency scanning allows a far greater control of stock.”
