The appointment follows his recent departure from BEAMA, the UK trade association for manufacturers and providers of energy infrastructure technologies and systems, where he worked for 25 years.
In his long-standing role as CEO, he helped the association to expand its expertise into a greater range of energy-related technologies, whilst playing a pivotal role in raising its status with Government and other key industry stakeholders.
Connected consumer solutions
His role in helping the creation of the UK and European smart metering systems, and delivering support to industry during the Covid pandemic, cannot be understated. Chameleon Technology is thrilled to welcome his decades of experience in an advisory capacity to help bolster its ambitions in helping consumers across the UK to reduce their climate impact by developing connected, clean and cost-effective home energy solutions.
