A closer look at the Vaillant installer loyalty scheme

Manufacturer incentive schemes will be familiar to installers as a means of encouraging consideration of certain products. Here, we take a look at the latest update on one such scheme.

If you regularly install and register Vaillant products, you could be eligible to receive rewards, ongoing support and business growth with Vaillant Advance – a loyalty scheme created for installers.

The key benefits of becoming an Advance member include business support, product training and rewards, varying from cash to the chance to win a holiday. We take a closer look at what’s on offer.

Business support
Advance members will be entitled to extended guarantees on eligible products when registered. Each member will also be able to contact their nearest Vaillant area sales manager for support when needed.

Full training is provided in the installer’s local area on how to install Vaillant boilers, controls as well as new regulations and leads generated from Vailant’s ‘Find an installer’ tool will be passed to loyal Advance members.

Rewards
Cash and credits can be earned on eligible products, incentives and membership behaviours and the credits are redeemable through Vaillant’s merchandise and voucher catalogues. They can also be exchanged for experience days with, what Vaillant calls, ‘Advance moments’.

Holidays can also be won, and past trips have included destinations such as Madrid and Prague.

The tools 
One of the criteria of becoming an Advance member is to register Vaillant products so there is a downloadable app to make the registration of installations quick and easy.

The app includes product manuals, including obsolete models and fault codes to assist installers. Digital benchmarks and free gas safe registration are also available in a digital format to give to customers.
