APHC partners with Propeller Workforce Management

The Association of Plumbing & Heating Contractors (APHC) has announced a new partnership with Propeller Workforce Management software, which will see APHC members receive a host of discounts and service enhancements.

APHC CEO, John Thompson commented;
“I’m delighted to add a workforce management software solution to our portfolio of APHC member benefits. The partnership with Propeller will allow APHC members to receive an exclusive discount on the monthly subscription and other discounts on software integrations and training should these be required.

“This software is perfect for small companies and it will enable APHC members to manage their diaries, jobs and engineers in real-time whilst being able to communicate and send job reminders by SMS, email and letter to customers. It can manage your workflow from quote through to invoice and it manages van stock, warehouse and parts usage via a central stock management system which updates in real time as engineers use materials throughout the day. It has a GDPR compliant customer relationship management (CRM) system and a powerful reporting function to provide insight into areas such as compliance, engineer performance, customer satisfaction, access rates, first time fix rates and much more.

“Another benefit to Propeller is that it is equipped with industry specific certification across gas, commercial gas, oil, renewables, electrical and Legionella, plus it has a form builder to create any digital form that may be required, such as COVID-19 risk assessments.”

Deborah Boden, business development director at Propeller Powered added;
“Propeller are honoured to be chosen as a preferred partner to support the Association of Plumbing and Heating Contractors. Propeller’s heritage is as a software vendor providing cloud-based solutions to plumbing and heating companies to allow them to run their businesses efficiently whilst maintaining legislative compliance and we are excited to now have a strategic relationship with a licensed trade body whose members can help shape the future of our product to support their operations now and into the future. Propeller has always had the ethos that it needs to react quickly to the needs of its clients, being one of the first software solutions to support MOT style servicing programs and more recently providing Covid-19 risk assessments supporting engineer safety. The Propeller team are ready to welcome APHC members to its community of users over the coming months.”
