Plumb & Parts Center’s parent company Wolseley UK has grown its customer service apprenticeships and graduate scheme, which has seen 21 apprentices go on to take full-time sales roles at its network of branches.
One of Plumb & Parts Center’s newest apprentices, Courtney Grant-Davidson, is 16 months into his 24 month apprenticeship at the Ascot Drive branch in Derby.
He says he is enjoying the experience and sees it as a stepping stone to a career in sales. He would recommend the scheme to others and said: “Working at Plumb & Parts Center has been a learning curve and that will continue. I’m ambitious and believe that if you want something, go and get it yourself!”
