Segen has launched a new online discussion forum, available to its customers. The forum has been designed to enable the industry to discuss topics and share experiences of solar PV and heat pumps.

Segen’s online forum is designed to allow users to start their own conversation threads and submit problems and solutions to the community, as well as being able to leave comments/reviews against specific products.

The topics currently open for discussion cover a range of subjects, including the launch of the RHI and how it will shape your business, the impact of another Tariff cut, the introduction of TriEnergia triangle solar panels into the UK and much more

Andy Pegg, ceo of Segen, said: “Segen is passionate about meeting customer’s needs and through speaking with our customers we have noticed there was a requirement for a renewable focused platform where people can discuss, ask questions and offer advice concerning the PV and heat pump industry. We are very excited about the launch of our online forum and believe it can greatly benefit installers as they are able to learn and share individual experiences, for the benefits of the industry as a whole. “
