ReneSola has partnered with The Solar Design Company to offer the training. Each course provides a complete introduction to PV*SOL Expert, a 3D design tool.
The software is designed to produce accurate and detailed PV system designs and performance figures. PV*SOL Expert allows users to visualise shading and configure module coverage to the nearest millimetre.
“We want to give UK installers as much help as possible to make designing PV systems a doddle – so they can secure more projects and spend more time building systems, not drawing them,” said Ian Glover, general manager of ReneSola UK.
“The tools and technology out there can really make a difference. After all – knowledge is power and even more so in solar power.”
ReneSola’s next two-day course will take place on 22 and 23 January 2014 at ReneSola’s UK headquarters in Newhaven, East Sussex. Courses cost just £90, which includes lunch and refreshments.
