Improving the non-domestic RHI: Have your say

The Department of Energy and Climate Change (DECC) is inviting installers to contribute feedback to its non-domestic RHI review.

The review will take place in 2014 but the deadline is Friday 20 December to leave comments on how well the scheme is working and suggestions for how it can be improved.

Since the scheme’s launch in November 2o11, £21.8m has been paid out in incentives but DECC would like to see the rate of deployment further increased. The review looks set to focus on improving the efficiency of the scheme, developing the market and simplifying administration, but DECC is inviting suggestions for additional themes.

To avoid uncertainty in the market, tariffs and the methodology used to set them will not be within the review’s remit.
