Segen has recently launched a Heat Pump Technical Support Line as part of its focus on further supporting UK installers.

Segen says it has launched the service for pre and post-sale enquiries in response to the growing popularity of heat pumps in the UK market.

Customers can receive advice on sizing and calculating heat pump requirements, resizing radiators and hot water cylinders, working out running costs, possible renewable heat incentive grants, help with schematic wiring and pipe diagrams and custom made installation instructions, as well as end user hand over information. For designers, Segen will offer advice on planning permission, equipment sizing, noise considerations, and MCS approval.

Andy Pegg, ceo of Segen said: “With the announcement of the RHI payment, heat pumps are taking off.  Segen is keen to offer a full service to its installers on this growing technology so that pre and post sales queries are handled seamlessly.   A team of highly qualified heat pump engineers is now on hand to answer your questions with regards to installation and troubleshooting on the full range of heat pumps available to order on the Segen Order Portal.”

Segen’s heat pump technical support engineers can be reached by phone on 0330 9000 136 or by e-mail heatpumpsupport@segen.co.uk.
