Segen has announced the launch of a number of ‘value added’ services to UK inverter customers.
Segen claims the largest range and availability of inverters in the UK. Its online portal already allows installers to view current and future stock levels across its range of inverters, as well as offering pre and post sales technical support and simplified full warranty extension purchasing.
Its service has now been extended to include:
Guaranteed, S.A.S Delivery Service
The new ‘Segen Assured Service’ or S.A.S will guarantee a full working order inverter, for a pre-11.30am delivery. If this service is not met, the installer will either receive a same day, dedicated delivery or £150 compensation.
Inverter Rebate Scheme
Segen has introduced this exclusive scheme to assist installers navigating the tough PV market, with rebates offered to customers purchasing over 50kW of inverters per month. Rebates of 2 per cent to 4 per cent will be available based on 50kW to 250kW purchases on-top of standard account discount. This offer applies to all Fronius, Power One, Samil, Steca and SMA inverters.
