Specflue Training Division reports a ‘busy and very effective’ 2012 following the opening of a renewable energy centre and the launch of a new range of biomass boilers.
During the last 12 months Specflue Training Division says it has seen a large increase in numbers through the centres with an average of 150 delegates a month using the facilities for training and certification.
The company also says it has topped the tables in quality with fantastic satisfaction rates and accuracy of paperwork from the candidates.
Training Division manager, Jed Smith, said: “We have some very stringent key performance indicators to achieve as rightly the sector sets its standards very high. Specflue has built its reputation on the quality of service to the customer and this ethos is carried through to the quality of our training. This is what our customers expect and receive.
“We have some very dedicated people here and the achievements of the Training Division this year have been outstanding and measurable.
