SPUK Roadshow gears up to restart the market

Are you a solar installer looking for new ways to revitalise your business and sell your services in challenging market conditions? Then the Solar Power UK 2013 Roadshow might be the place for you.

Organised by Solar Media, the roadshow will be visiting seven locations nationwide throughout February to focus on what can be done to kick start the PV market following cuts to subsidies and a fall in installation rates.

Climate change minister Greg Barker will open the roadshow at Sandown Racecourse, Surrey on 7 February before it moves on to Glasgow, Liverpool, N. Yorks, Swansea, Leicester and Exeter.

Key topics will include:

-DECC briefings on the latest tariffs and policy
-Introduction to the latest MCS guide
-Good practice and design, product yield and new MCS outputs
-Selling solar and customer relationship management
-Business models, warranties and finance options
-The Green Deal evolution
