CustomerIQ 3.0 delivers energy usage information to customers with multiple metered locations. The company says it has delivered proven reductions in peak energy consumption and will be available from next month.
The updated product includes: multiple account support, a turnkey solution for green button initiatives which allows utility customers to export and download energy data, mobile browser experience, improved customer feedback module and enhanced analytics.
