Seaward Solar offers free training courses

Seaward Solar is hosting a series of free training courses to help installers nationwide to understand electrical testing requirements of PV systems.

The company says that the sessions will give practical guidance on the requirements for testing PV installations as set out by the new BS EN 62446 standard and in line with MCS requirements.

It adds that the course will explain how to carry out installation commissioning tests and site surveys as well as complete system documentation. Explanations and demonstrations of required solar PV electrical tests will be provided.

Morning or afternoon half day courses are being held from next week and through May at venues across the country. Attendance on the training courses is free and places will be allocated on a first come first served basis.
