The manufacturer is looking for support to help them raise the £100,000 needed to fly 7-year-old Nathan Box to Texas to receive the treatment he needs after his parents were told it would not be funded by the NHS.
The plucky youngster fell ill while on holiday two years ago and doctors diagnosed him with the incredibly rare condition Hypothalamic Hamartoma.
The family are now just £18,000 short of the £100,000 target to pay for the life-changing op. Unless Nathan can receive the treatment, he will spend the rest of his life taking medication that can only lessen the symptoms, but not cure them.
