Alphatronix has launched a brand new version of iSolarPayback for iPhone and iPad.
This PV yield calculating app now features compliance with the new MCS2012 regulations.
According to Alphatronix, iSolarPayback now allows users to select an MCS-defined region by postal town with easy-to-use input screens and covers the whole of the UK. A new feature available on the installer version is the ability to allow for customisable panel-degradation over time.
The company adds that individual panel makes can be be configured to have different degradation curves than that required by MCS. This gives greater scope for quoting and shows different panels giving different returns over the 25 year lifetime giving the salesperson an alternative mechanism for quoting and allowing more efficient systems to be catered for.
