Stiebel Eltron’s UK division has picked up its parent company’s International Challenge award for its sales growth in 2011.
Stiebel Eltron UK was named as the best performing Stiebel subsidiary from an international pool of over 20 others. The International Challenge considered both growth and working capital efficiency with the UK division experiencing a 47 percent rise in turnover from January-December 2011.
Managing director Mark McManus said: “Stiebel Eltron is a relatively young daughter company having been set up in 2008, so to beat other colleagues in places such as Russia, France and Sweden is testament to the hard work of everyone in the UK team, as well as our network of installer partners.
“The UK market has proved to be a real growth area for Stiebel Eltron, and we are delighted with the level of support and investment from our parent company. The future is looking very bright with a range of new MCS approved products hitting the market this year and next.”
