Graham launches smart technology guide

Graham Plumbers’ Merchant has launched a handy new guide dedicated to smart and connected technology – including heating controls, smart lighting and security systems. The products featured can be used alone or integrated into a whole house solution depending on the needs of the homeowner.

The Smart Technology Guide is designed as a useful tool for installers to help their own customers to choose the right smart technology products for their lifestyle and needs. It also details the advantages of smart technology and includes case study examples to demonstrate the benefits.

The products within the guide are divided into three colour-coded sections to make finding the right product simple. The Comfort section features smart heating products from brands such as Nest, Honeywell and Hive as well as from leading boiler manufacturers Worcester Bosch, Vaillant and Vokèra. These devices provide a new way for consumers to manage their heating and hot water, whether at home or on the move – creating a more comfortable environment and helping to reduce energy bills.

The Security & Safety section details a wide range of connected products to protect and secure the home. This includes both indoor and outdoor security cameras, locks and alarm systems that combine to create a complete security system. This section includes products from Yale, Nest, Netatmo, Somfy and Canary to meet the requirements of any home.

Finally, the Convenience section features connected power devices and smart lighting solutions that not only allow greater control but can also help create a better indoor environment.

Anthony Chapman, Category Manager at Graham commented: “Truly connected homes are no longer a concept and smart technology has opened up a new way for installers to expand their offering. This guide will help them to recommend products that will integrate seamlessly into the homes and lifestyles of their customers.”
