Nominations are coming in thick and fast for this year’s Heating and Renewables Awards and this year’s ceremony is likely to break the record set last year of over 300 entries.

The 2015 HRR Awards will take place on September 10 at the Ricoh Arena in Coventry and will be hosted by leading stand up comedian, TV presenter and actor Jason Manford.

With less than one week to go until the June 30 deadline, now is the time to enter these prestigious awards and give yourself a new way to promote your business.

Here is what some of last year’s winners and shortlisted entrants have to say about the benefits of taking part in the Heating and Renewables Awards:

“Winning ‘installer of the year’ in 2014 was a huge achievement for the company. We will certainly be entering again this year and other companies should too as it’s great publicity for the company and gives you an extra USP in the market place.”
Jordan Mawbey, marketing manager, Evo Energy (PV Installer of the Year 2014)

“It proves a local company can compete with the big PLC companies and still provide that local service that’s so important.”
Craig Smith, director, Glevum Heating (won Air Source Heat Pump Installer of the Year and Solar Thermal Installer of the Year)

“Being shortlisted for these prestigious categories is a big achievement for the company and recognises the efforts that we are making in being a greener contractor.”
Adam Thrussell, managing director, TSG Building Services (nominated in three categories)

“We were delighted to be named Commercial Installer of the Year at last year’s awards ceremony.  It’s important to celebrate success within the industry and it was fantastic to see the hard work, dedication and expertise of our team recognised.  I also feel that sharing best practice is key to raising quality standards across the industry and the awards are a useful way of starting that conversation.”
Paul Clark, managing director, Rural Energy (Commercial Installer of the Year)

“With the renewable market poised for growth, winning an award is a sure-fire way of raising awareness for our innovative range of products, so you can be sure we will be looking at entering again this year.”
Graham Temple, marketing manager, Heating Systems, Mitsubishi Electric (Residential New Build Project of the Year)
