The breakfast event will be held on Tuesday 26 March (8am – 10.30am) at Barnsley College’s Think Low Carbon Centre and will feature energy expert Chris Gibbs as the key speaker.
Chris is a Domestic and Non Domestic Accredited Energy Assessor, an accredited Green Deal Domestic Advisor and holds an Environmental Technology Awareness certificate. The event will also feature presentations from Chamber Patrons E-ON and Solar Europa on the Green Deal.
The Chamber’s business development manager, Michael Cullen, said: “This is a great opportunity for businesses to find out more about the Green Deal, its impact on business and how to make their operation green – all at no cost.
“There will also be a chance for attendees to find out more about the College’s Think Low Carbon Centre as an optional tour of the facilities will follow the event.”
