Daikin has announced the launch of its new pan-European website to offer a one-stop shop for online customers.
www.daikin.eu presents all of the company’s heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refridgeration products with a range of other features including; a product finder, dealer locator, operation manuals and a personalised information basket.
The company says it is planning further developments for its platform such as versions optimised for mobile devices, integration with CRM systems throughout the Daikin affiliate network and a web traffic monitoring framework which will contribute to continuous improvement of the website.
