Solarlec new launches

Lancashire solar energy company Solarlec has launched two panels to customers to offer higher efficiency and increased financial returns.

Solarlec, which installs more than 1,000 panels on commercial and domestic properties every month across the UK, is now fitting LG black panels and HEC high efficiency cell panels, which both offer extra durability, increased efficiency and higher financial return to homeowners through the feed-in tariff.

LG has more than 15 years’ experience in solar research and development. Its striking new black panels are resistant to ammonia and salt mist, thanks to a special frame design with water drain holes in all slopes and angles, and come with a 25-year product output warranty.

Solarlec was one of the first UK companies to offer HEC panels, which also produce higher yields customers due to their increased life expectancy of more than 30 years and greater efficiency, as they are guaranteed to be at least 90% efficiency after 12 years.

Solarlec director Ged Rowbottom said: “Staying at the cutting edge with the latest technology is crucial for us to continue to give our customers what they want – the highest quality products and fantastic service from their initial enquiry to installation and aftercare.”
